The "Living with Nature Academy"

In collaboration between TED University and EGET Foundation, the "Living with Nature Academy" will be held at the TOVAK International Marmaris Academy in Turunç, Marmaris, from July 3 to July 10, 2023.
The "Living with Nature Academy" aims to provide an enjoyable learning experience on sustainability and living with nature for university students aged 18-35. Participants can expect a wide range of theoretical education and practical workshops on various topics.
The theoretical sessions offer a multidisciplinary perspective on sustainability, creating a comprehensive framework for how it's approached across different academic disciplines. This allows participants to develop awareness of various dimensions of sustainability. The academy explores sustainability and living with nature in the intersections of various disciplines, including literature, philology, sociology, archaeology, ethnography, anthropology, political science, economics, and agricultural engineering. Practical workshops, providing opportunities for hands-on learning, bring together best practices for a more sustainable lifestyle, and field visits allow participants to experience these best practices firsthand.
After theoretical education and practical workshops, participants will have the opportunity to build new friendships, immerse themselves in the spirit of civil society, and enjoy the sea and sun in Turunç.

Included in the Participation Fee:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES:
- The event is open to university students between the ages of 18-35, and the capacity is limited to 30 participants. Registrations are finalized by selecting the "Living with Nature Academy" and paying the fees through https://eget.com.tr/eget-atolye. There will be no refunds for registrations canceled after the final registration date.
- Final registration date: May 28, 2023 - Sunday (Registrations may close earlier if the capacity is reached before the specified date.)
- Participants will receive a participation certificate approved by TED University and EGET Foundation. Accommodation will be in 2 or 3-person rooms. Check-in on July 3, 2023, at 13:00, and check-out on July 10, 2023, at 12:00.
- Transportation to and from the TOVAK International Marmaris Academy in Turunç, Marmaris/Muğla, where the Living with Nature Academy will take place, is not included in the fee.
