TED University hosted one of the most important authors of Turkey to discuss the life source of earth (NATURE), the first question in human’s mind (WHY?) and a very important concept (SINCERITY.)
Buket Uzuner , who met TEDU members upon invitation by and with the moderation of Prof. Dr. Yusuf Eradam, the Head of the English Language and Literature Department, spoke of her novels titled Water, Earth, Air and Fire, which are planned to be collected as Nature Tetralogy, while the audience had the opportunity to know Defne Kaman, one of the most important woman protagonists in Turkish literature.
Uzuner, who never abstains from expressing a problem in her life, showing sincerity in her meetings and novelty in her books, gave a talk concerning us human beings, who try to be the master of nature and make the very mistake there. After the talk, Buket Uzuner answered questions from the audience and signed her books.
